For over 30 years the Tresco, Inc. Contracts Division has been offering employment opportunities to persons with varying disabilities including veterans and students through federal, state and commercials agreements/partnerships.  The name, Contracts, did not give a clear explanation and representation of our true impact in our communities.

Over the past several months, the Tresco’s team held a number of focus groups with individuals from various industries to get a better understanding of the connection between our work and our name. It was very apparent that the name Contracts Division didn’t connect who we are, with what we do and why we do it.  It was time for a change!

We provide businesses a solution that works. We provide work opportunities to persons with varying disabilities. We provide development and skills training for upward employment to people that work. We lead the effort in creating an inclusive workplace. Tresco Works!

Tresco Works has over 230 fulltime and part-time individuals that provide quality custodial, grounds and total facility management services for over 50 federal, state and local contracts in 12 counties across Southern New Mexico.
