With encouragements from his supervisor and support from his therapist, Myles gained more and more confidence over time. His goal had always been to work independently and when his manager told him he could finally work alone; he was so proud of himself!
Since then he has become an empowered employee, making wise decisions, finishing his tasks and offering to help his coworkers. Myles demonstrates a commitment to the mission and has achieved his own success through Tresco’s mission. He is a successful employee and his optimistic demeanor and go-getter attitude is contagious.
