Your Success is Our Mission

From July 2019 through June 2020 we want to recognize any employee of Tresco, or a family served by Tresco whose performance demonstrates a commitment to the mission of Tresco & has achieved success through Tresco’s mission. This Met the Mission campaign is called “Your Success is our Mission!” because Your Success is Tresco’s Mission. We hope to recognize at least one person monthly from each department who has been a part of the Success Stories at Tresco! Our mission statement is “to provide professional and individualized services, supports & opportunities to people of any age with differing abilities, their families & the communities we serve”. Collectively, we are changing the lives of people and their families by providing supports & services they desperately need. Thank you for all you do!

Here are the staff nominated for this quarter!

Delainey Meloy – White Sands Missile Range Custodial & Ground Management

Delainey is cheerful and dedicated and has been since her employment with Tresco started in June of 2016. Delainey works on the night crew as a custodian at the contract site White Sands Missile Range as a custodian. She is helpful and a wonderful team player.

Erica Ortiz-Brown – TOTS Early Intervention Program

Erica has been a valued member of Tresco since her employment began in September of 2013. Erica has held several positions begins with a Family Service Coordinator, Developmental Specialist, and is now a TOTS Family Therapist. Erica has shown her dedication to helping others through her work and each position held.

Mitchell Worthington – NAVY

Mitchell is a hardworking and helpful member of both his community and his team. Mitchell is a custodian with the NAVY contract site. Mitchell will often times volunteer to take shifts when others are unable while he is balancing going to school as well as working. He has shown great time management skills and compassion to those around him.
